Celso Freire

After graduating in Economics, Celso Freire chose to follow his true passion: cooking. He began his career in his hometown – Curitiba – and sought kitchens around the world, until he decided return to Brazil, and had worked for a long time in São Paulo.

With a career already consolidated, he returned to Paraná and settled permanently in Curitiba, where he lead the restaurants Boulevard and Guega.

The chef always wears the shirt of solidarity, being faithful partner of the Pequeno Príncipe Complex’s projects. Freire participated in the first and the second editions of the Goals for Life Copa Gastronômica.
