Cercle de l’Union Interalliée, which hosted the Paris event

The Paris event was the third stage of the Goals for Life Copa Gastronômica. Five of the most renowned chefs of world gastronomy joined us at Cercle de l’Union Interalliée, on October 25, 2012, for an exclusive dinner, which benefited the Pelé Little Prince Research Institute.

It was a very special dinner for a hundred people. The event was a partnership between the Pequeno Príncipe Complex and the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Foundation, and marked the beginning of the celebration from 70 years of the book “The Little Prince”!

All the income obtained on the event was donated to the Pelé Little Prince Research Institute, which aims to increase the cure rates of complex diseases that afflict children and adolescents worldwide, decreasing the mortality of children and youths.

The chefs Pierre Gagnaire (icon of French cuisine), Michel Troisgros (from Maison Troisgros), Claude Troisgros (sponsor of the event), Alex Atala (renowned chef of D.O.M.), Roberta Sudbrack (master of Brazilian cuisine) and Nicolas Jordan (from The Cordon Bleu School) were part of the team for this event.
